Over the last few days, I've been praying to be blessed so that I may bless others, "let my blessings overflow."

This morning, the coffee pot overflowed. As I was cleaning that up, I managed to overflow my coffee cup as well. Most mornings this would have frustrated me, and set my day up for a bad day. Then I remembered what I had been praying. Blessings were overflowing all right. As I smiled at God's sense of humor, I opened the microwave to discover my egg dish managed to overflow onto the turn plate. Oh my...now I am shaking my head. After all of this, I have no choice but to smile.cdroseshttp://www.blogger.com/profile/10284809435968086935noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5946845488272014968.post-55025155064131800612014-10-29T12:09:00.000-07:002014-10-29T12:09:02.573-07:00What a great reason to brush this blog off, and get it moving again! Our church is going through a study called "Animate Practices." One of the first activities was to list how you've seen, heard or experienced God.

My list:
Today I saw God :

-in the colors of the leaves.
-in the fresh snow on Mt. Hood, making it look bigger than before
-in the weak smile of a thankful mom, as I helped distract her toddlers, so she could focus on what was important at the moment.
